1. Search for domain.tld in Admin Panel's global search
  2. Select customer
  3. Go to Subscription tab and make note of subscription id for domain in question
  4. Use the login button to login to Hosting Control Panel
  5. Select "Domain Manager"
  6. Click "Contact Manager"
  7. Click Edit and change the contact according to your wish
  8. In Admin Panel go to Subscription page and then search for the subscription id from step 3
  9. From Action dropdown for the subscription select "Reset provisioning state"
