Customer options
Customer options are still under development so options described below are sensitive to changes in the following period.
When adding or editing customers there are options for tweaking customer's role, applications that he can use and several other parameters. Here they are:

Can access Admin Panel defines if a customer will have access to Admin Panel application. It's only applicable for Administrators and Resellers. Regular customer will not have access to Admin Panel regardless of this option.

Can access Billing Panel defines if a customer will have access to Billing Customer Panel.

Can access Control Panel defines if a customer will have access to Hosting Control Panel.

Has Public Order Page defines if customer's of their own use different page for ordering services. Applicable for Resellers only.

Can define own products defines if a customer can create its own products. Applicable for Resellers only.

Can define own prices defines if a customer can apply its own prices on existing products. Applicable for Resellers only.

Send invoices to

Parent account defines that invoices will be sent to customer's parent account.

This customer (default) defines that customer will get its own invoices.

Send emails to

Parent account defines that info emails will be sent to parent account

This customer (default) defines that customer will get emails with information directly.

Is invoiced monthly defines if a customer is invoiced one in a month for all ordered services in that period or he get's new invoice for each individual order.

Can create sub-accounts defines if a customer is Reseller.
For customers that are Resellers, there are additional settings for their sub-accounts. Settings are same as above with same meaning, with a difference that those are applied on sub accounts by default. Options set here can be overwritten for each customer individually.
