Subscription status change is it usually result of some action (terminate, suspend, unsuspend, etc...). However, sometimes it is required that status is changed without action triggered in background. This can be achieved in following way:
- Locate subscription that you want to update, either on Subscriptions page or on Subscriptions tab of Customer card
- Open it for editing.
- Expand State drop-down control and select status that you need.
- Click Save button.
