Renewal product for some product is product that subscription will be renewed to on expiration date. Steps for updating this are following:

1. Go to Products page in Admin Panel
2. Find product that you want to edit and click on it
3. Scroll down to 'Renew with product' section
4. From drop-down list select desired product (can be same product as one you are editing)
5. Hit Save button
