To bind existing invoice to a subscription:

1. Go to Subscriptions page
2. Use Search box to locate subscription you want to bind with the invoice
3. Mark desired subscription with the check box on the left
4. Click Bind To Invoice button
5. In the dialog, but invoice reference number of the invoice you want to bind
6. Click Yes
