In order to create a new administrator account, the following steps should be taken:

1. Navigate to the 'Users' menu in the Atomia Admin Panel

2. Chose the 'Add new user' option on the left side of the panel

3. In the 'Add new user' window, as shown above,fill in the User data accordingly, while making sure that: 

3.1: The selected customer is the 'root' customer (100000)

3.2: That the 'Administrator' checkbox is ticked in the 'Roles' field

3.3: All the required fields are properly filled
