To create a new contact handler, follow the steps below:

1. Login to Control Panel
2. From the menu, navigate to Domains and Websites -> Domain Manager
3. Click Contact Manager button
4. Click Create new contact button
5. Fill in the form
6. Click Add

NOTE: Newly created contact handler will not be assigned to existing domains automatically
