If you need to suspend a website (there is no such possibility in control panel), It prevents anyone to access website content via browser.

Customer can access the website content via FTP, no content will be deleted.


For Linux websites:

Once you connect to automation client, you need to browse CsBase service, find appropriate CsLinuxWebsite, go to ApacheWebSite;

Then right click on the service, edit: Suspended Param should be updated to true. In case you want to revert back to unsuspended website, Suspended Param should be updated to false.


For Windows websites:

Once you connect to automation client, you need to browse CsBase service, find appropriate CsWindowsWebsite, go to IISWebSite.

Then right click on the service, edit: HomeDirectory Param should be updated to /mnt/content/suspended/public_html. In case you want to revert back to unsuspended website, HomeDirectory Param should be updated to old value.
